When booking you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to secure your time slot. Please note that no charges will be made to your credit card until the day of your session. You’ll be able to pay for your services with your choice of Visa, MasterCard, debit or cash. We do not accept American Express. If you don’t have a credit card, you can pre-pay for your services (48 hours in advance).
If you need to cancel please call us at (613) 498-0467 or 1-866-466-9955 at least 48 hours in advance since we turn away other clients to hold your booking. Any cancellations without a minimum of 48 hours notice (or no-shows) will result in full charges on your credit card.
We realize that sometimes a sudden illness can prevent you from giving a 48 hours cancellation notice. In this instance your credit card will be charged only 50% of your total service.
