Our private lessons give goaltenders the best opportunity to work with a Gold in the Net top instructor. The instructor will customize the drills for each goaltender as they see fit to ensure improvements. These lessons give the goaltender a complete break-down of their style and techniques. This is ideal for any level of goaltender who is seeking the best professional instruction there is to offer in the industry in a 1 on 1 environment. Please call or email us for more information.
PA Day Clinics
GITN PA Day Clinics provide goaltenders of all ages and skill levels with two, one hour on ice sessions to refine their technical skills during the season.
Group Training Sessions
These group training sessions run throughout the course of the hockey season until the end of June on a biweekly basis. The on ice instructors will follow a logical progressive curriculum to ensure that the goalies are on top of their game. Instructor/student ratio 1/2.
Our Goalie Specific Power Skating program is designed to improve the goalie’s movement, balance, strength and speed thus providing more explosive power on the ice. Understand its importance and how it can affect the outcome of the goalie’s game.
In addition to minor hockey clinics and mini-camps, Gold in the Net – Ontario offers ongoing goalie training integrated into team practices. A top instructor will work directly with your team’s coaches to design and deliver goalie coaching that is tailored to the individual goalie’s strengths, weaknesses’ and developmental needs within the broader team practice context. Gold in the Net will establish individual goalie development plans and monitor progress over the course of the season. Problems with goalie performance that arise throughout the season can be quickly identified and adjustments to the training program will be made to help correct them at their early stages. In addition, individualized dryland training programs can be prescribed to support on-ice development.

Hockey in our communities has come a long way over the years, but what about the goaltenders? Are the goaltenders in your organization getting the attention they deserve? Most communities lack in this area, mainly due to a lack of knowledge or experienced personnel who can teach and communicate not only with goaltenders but the coaches as well. Contact us at email@example.com for a custom clinic that best suits your organization’s needs/budget.
