Cédrick Andrée is named the Gold in the Net Die-Hard of the month for December 2015. He currently plays for the Ottawa Junior Senators AAA U18. Cédrick was born in 2000 and he started training with Gold in the Net Ontario in 2008 when he first attended one of the summer camps. He has been coming to our Brockville Training Facility for private lessons since 2010.
At the moment, Cédrick is the number one goalie in the HEO Midget AAA league with a 0.939 save percentage and a goals against average of 1.78. He was drafted by the Ottawa Junior Senators in the spring of 2015 and has been called up to a number of practices with the Junior Sens. He has also been a regular call-up to Junior B games with the Casselman Vikings. In five AAA games that went to overtime (2) or a shootout (3) this season, Cédrick has yet to allow a goal.
Cédrick attends Peak Academy in Kanata and lives in Orleans with his parents and dog Chewy.
His favourite goalie is Marc-André Fleury. Cédrick trains at Gold in the Net Ontario because of the personal attention he receives and the focus on the fundamentals.
